Telephone Consultations Telephone consultations are a cost effective way of discussing migration matters with a registered migration agent at a conveniently scheduled time. Telephone consultations are available during business hours 9am-5pm Australian EST
Face-to-Face Consultations Face-to-face consultations with a registered migration agent are also available. Our face-to-face consultation services are available in Melbourne and Sydney. Our board rooms offer a comfortable and private facility for discussing your migration matters in depth. Or if you prefer a less formal setting, our five star lounge produces an exceptional coffee to complement the personal and relaxed environment.
- Personally meet the advisor who will be responsible for managing your application
- Seek advice on a specific or isolated issue (e.g. Can I travel overseas on my bridging visa? I want to leave my employer - what options do I have if I am on a 457 visa?)
- Discuss a range of visa options available to you to determine the most practical and economical pathway, with the least amount of risk
- You have an employer who would like to sponsor you and they would like to understand their obligations prior to commencing with the application process
- Immigration has requested further submissions, but you are unsure of how to address the requirement accurately and technically
- You have been refused a visa and you are unsure of your merits for appeal and other visa options available to you
- You have a particularly complex case requiring an in-depth assessment of the merits of an application prior to preparing one
Emergency Support Migration Odyssey understands that sometimes clients may need access to migration advice after hours. To assist clients who need emergency support, Migration Odyssey has established an after-hours emergency visa support service. This service runs from 5:01pm Australian EST until 8:59am Australian EST .
Emergency Consultation Rates
- A minimum charge of $180 (plus GST) - up to 30 minutes included
- $90 (plus GST) thereafter - charged in 15 minutes increments A valid credit card will be required prior to being able to discuss your needs with a registered migration advisor.
